She’s a girl who’s always been fascinated by the stars especially since her mother was an astronaut. Celeste discovers that she is part of a long line of space royalty and the revelation tugs at her like gravity. She wonders if one day she’ll cross the cosmos in a coronation of comets to claim a throne that could mend old wounds and steer the future.

Had such a fun time with this project from sketching to sculpting to painting. I learned the importance of lighting especially on dark skin tones for presentation. I’d really love to go back in to complete the rest of her body, gown, and give her fun pose and expression!
